Edith is a vey fun, loving, smart and beautiful 15 month old OUTSTANDING little girl! Our family found out about Edith having Down syndrome when I (her mother) was pregnant at 22 weeks. We had no idea what Down syndrome was, or how it worked. We reached out to many organizations to get information and get educated. We have been HONORED that Edith chose US as her family! As this is our first Buddy Walk we are over the moon excited to be apart of it. Edith was in the hospital last year due to illness (for most of her first year actually) and we weren’t able to participate. This year she is healthy and striving. Thank you to everyone that has donated, and to everyone that is going to donate to our team this year!! Help us reach our goal so WE can help educate other families and help DSNetwork put on other activities for the children and young adults with Down syndrome and their families!!
